I'm not a practitioner, but given my experience, my advice would be to try and avoid yeast promoting foods whilst undergoing sibo treatment if I have hydrogen dominant sibo. 😀 The detailed story to cure IMO, Candida & Brain Fog: I suspect I have post-infectious IBS, although I'm not 100% sure as it seems my GI issues started before my food poisoning episodes.
